No. Our storage units are not climate controlled. If you're storing temperature-sensitive items, consider whether non-climate-controlled storage is appropriate for them and pack accordingly.
Is there gated access?
Yes. Bigfoot Secure Storage has controlled gated access. You'll receive your access information after completing your rental online.
What are the gate access hours?
Gate access is available every day from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Can I switch to a different unit size later?
Yes, as long as the size you need is available. Contact us and we'll help you find the best option.
What if I rent a unit that's too small?
If a larger unit is available, you can move into a bigger space.
To help choose the right size the first time, take a quick inventory before renting. Count your boxes, measure larger items, and consider whether you'll need room to walk through the unit.
Do I need a walkway inside my unit?
It depends on how you plan to use the space.
If you're storing everything for a short period and won't need anything until you move out, you can pack the unit more tightly. If you'll be visiting regularly to grab tools, gear, boxes, or seasonal items, leave yourself a walkway so you can reach what you need.
Is Bigfoot Secure Storage good for moving or remodeling?
